Girls in the 4th grade are about to enter a time of tremendous changes in their lives. Most are still struggling with discovering who they are, what they like, who they admire, and trying to find their place in a confusing world. This is the age when girls become more insecure in themselves, not always measuring up to the supposed ideal.

In an all-girl environment like STEM summer camp, girls are more comfortable trying new outdoor activities, and they have the opportunity to be a leader, to learn with others, to rejoice in joint accomplishments, learning that sticking together is often better than being alone. At camp, there's plenty of room at the top for your girl to take charge and flex her muscle, both when it comes to outdoor adventure and crucial leadership skills that will last a lifetime.
